Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Holiday Seasons: 3-5 business days (Black Friday through New Year's)
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT will be processed the next business day
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS. 

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website
  • For any tracking issues, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking information

Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement
  • We ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
  • Report lost packages after the estimated delivery window has passed
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve issues and provide replacements when necessary

Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after the carrier's holding period
  • Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs

Weather and Natural Disasters

  • Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
  • We will notify customers of significant delays when possible

Holiday Shipping

For guaranteed delivery before major holidays, please note our cutoff dates:

  • Christmas: Orders must be placed by December 15th for standard shipping
  • Valentine's Day: Orders must be placed by February 5th for standard shipping
  • Mother's Day: Orders must be placed by May 1st for standard shipping

Express shipping options available for later orders (additional fees apply)
