Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Holiday Seasons: 3-5 business days (Black Friday through New Year's)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT will be processed the next business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website
- For any tracking issues, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking information
Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement
- We ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only
Special Circumstances
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- Report lost packages after the estimated delivery window has passed
- We will work with the carrier to resolve issues and provide replacements when necessary
Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after the carrier's holding period
- Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs
Weather and Natural Disasters
- Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
- We will notify customers of significant delays when possible
Holiday Shipping
For guaranteed delivery before major holidays, please note our cutoff dates:
- Christmas: Orders must be placed by December 15th for standard shipping
- Valentine's Day: Orders must be placed by February 5th for standard shipping
- Mother's Day: Orders must be placed by May 1st for standard shipping
Express shipping options available for later orders (additional fees apply)
